RB2 is a flexible Dual-Shaft Slitter Rewinder. It is a perfect slitter for a medium-sized or large converter which needs to create in a simple & useful manner finished rolls with a flat edge and with dependable tension ranges.
The minimum width of finished rolls is 40 mm and maximum production speed is 600 m/min. The standard layout has a discrete shaftless unwinder with an over-head web path, which allows in handling rolls with larger diameters.
It is a dual shaft system which is centrally driven and has an auto-unload option. The modular design allows the combination of many value adding features such as perforation units or laser scribing.
