Servolex PBA/PBB packing machine is a rotating horizontal wrapping machine with reel holder from above and below, and is apt for wrapping products with heat sealing film.
It is best for heat sealable films and has pneumatic components. It has an exit belt, which is 900mm long and a bottom film reel holder which is up to 600mm wide.
It has plastic material safety guards with safety switches and a fin seal unit with 2 folding wheels, 2 pre-heated wheels and 2 sealing wheels.
There is a universal forming tunnel with manual alteration in width and cross sealing jaws with sealing jaws up to 350mm width which is adjustable in height.
It is a flow – wrapping machine that works from the smallest and simplest flow-wrappers to the highly advanced & high-tech electronic models. It packs 300/min and its height is maximum 120mm.
There is an electrical cabinet which is integrated in the machine base, with the total of machine being 900kgs.
Servolex PBA/PBB has RAL 9007 painted metalwork base and reel holder support and is built according to the CE standards. The film reel core diameter is 76mm, width 600mm.
