Scaglia Indeva is involved in the designing and manufacturing of Liftronic Manipulator.
Liftronic Series Industrial electronic manipulators are classified into INDEVA which means Intelligent Device for Handling. It represents the traditional industrial manipulators who belong to the intelligent Assist Device or in short called as IADS.
The IADS belongs to the manual load handling system. The Liftronic Series includes
1. Liftronic® and Liftronic® Easy Series consists of solutions with a rope on the vertical axis. In this, different models are present which have a capacity of 80kg to 320kgs. It can be installed to different supports such as Orbit Arm® rails or Orbit Arm®3 rails, overhead rails, or ceiling rails. It even has an end-effector.
2. Liftronic® Series is a lifting truck which has an electronic manipulator Liftronic® present on top of it. Its capacity is up to 320 and can be used on diverse supports such as jibs, ceiling, freestanding column, and overhead rails.
3. Liftronic®Air Series consist of solutions with pantograph arm and has a tough structure on the vertical axis and best used for supervision of offset loads. It has significant advantages which help in improvement of safety, ergonomics and productivity.
