Design & Working
- The bag has four panels and a reinforced handle on the side gusset that improves ease of carrying.
- The bag stands on the block bottom without additional support, thereby enhancing brand visibility.
- It has a laser perforated, easy-to-tear opening on its side at the top, which peels open to form a pitcher mouth-opening that can be closed again using special press. With this, the end user can easily pour or scoop out desired quantity of the product by holding the bag with the reinforced side gusset handle without actually inserting hands inside the pack. This makes the handling more convenient and hygienic.
- Unlike conventional bags and pouches – owing to its dispensing mouth – the pitcher bag has zero spillage while pouring out the product. The side opening can then be closed by simply pressing the PTC zipper, keeping the product safe for future use and expanding its shelf life.
- The reinforced handle on the side gusset is an integral and continuous part of the pouch itself unlike conventional bags where the side handle is a separate part sealed onto the bag via a separate machine. This increases the manufacturing process efficiency by reducing power consumption and costs.
